In the playstation store they released Puzzle Quest! This has to be one of my favorite games to come out in a while. I'm super addicted to Bejeweled and I love RPGs.. they found a way to combine both into one perfect game! A few of us got addicted to it bout a year back and its still in my PSP right now, Although I capped in level there, I might pick it up for the PS3 and see if I can find some online games to play with people.

If you've played Bejeweled before its pretty much the same concept...
Match 3-5 colors, by selecting and moving towards the 3, 4 or 5 connect to collect mana. With that mana you can cast your spells to attack your opponent. The object is to kill your opponent using direct attacks (the skulls connecting) and/or your spells. The great change of pace about this versus bejeweled is that its not just mindless smash as many colors as you can, you actually have to strategize and think of what you would need, and how youre move would affect your opponent.Its actually quite brilliant how this game is designed, the purple stars are for XP so you can level your character (higher levels give you more abilities) and gold coins collected help you buy gear which up your stats and buy more spells.
Along with developing your character, you can take over cities, castles and capture enemies and steal their spells to use for your arsenal.
If you like puzzle games this is probably one of the best. (Puzzle Fighter still pwns my heart) if you have a PS3 let me know if you get this.. id love to get a game going online!
