early morning shoot out...

Took Juryel out for his first time paintballing with us. I've been wanting to ball it up for a month now.. gotta kill some old paint and crack open my new box of elixirs. LOL.

This isnt like last week.. where I was useless.. this time around I was able to have some fun and do some damage.. we were gonna hook up with a group from UCSD of 40 people.. but they ended up having a ton of people so we stuck with the pick up groups and played some fun. Because with a 40+ crowd, they'd probably only play on 2 fields.. and one of them would be the spools.. and that shit sucks. LOL

As usual the refs like to split us up later in the day from the novice walk ons and we play some hyperball or airball.. we got about 8 guys and did some 4vs4..

First game i got shot off the break.. I hit the side line, uncle ferd gets out, then ryan.. and all that was left was Juryel in the back corner with 3 guys on him.. poor guy, they bum rushed him and lit him up! but he took it like a pro and shrugged it off.

Second Game i was probably 2nd out, and got a nice clear shot through the ladder to the back corner guy BAM face shot.. beautiful green elixir splat! Then again the guys were dropping and leaving Juryel as the last out again.. taking 2 guys on.. and losing. But its all good.

4vs4 was really fast.. and the other team was just way more aggressive than us, which is why they won. I'm not much of a front player, and most of us play back.. so we lacked the pressure from the front.. oh well live and learn.. i'll have to learn how to be a mid player when playing with our group lol.

After lunch we took off.. its gonna be a long day ahead.. I still have to get a costume ready for Charisses thing and pack up the equipment for the house party tonight.. and try and sneak in a nap (if i can.. )
