I've been dabbling in the kitchen again.. got bored and decided to dish em up and plate them..
This one is the Spicy Tomato and Poor Mans Procuitto (aka bacon) over Penne.
And this is a Parmesan / Panko Crusted Talipia with a Garlic Lemon Butter & Capers Sauce, Fresh Squash and White Rice.
Out of the 2 dishes here.. the Talipia was the best one.. I'm not a fan of how the fish tasted since its a real fatty fish it really didnt have the flakey-ness i was looking for, plus I think I over-did the capers (i love capers, but too much is salty), so I'm gonna try the exact recipe minus the Talipia (insert a fresher white fish) and the Garlic in the sauce.
